Deadlines
TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO EACH PUBLICATION DATE. This includes stories, columns, press releases, notices, ad copy, and most photos. For exceptions, call us.

Ad Preparation
Some advertisers use their ad agencies or marketing departments to provide press-ready ads while others utilize
Newsline’s production facilities. Either way we’re happy to assist you in developing ideas for your ad.

Examples of Photo Coverage
Hosting of REALTOR® breakfasts, lunches, tours, seminars and presentations to REALTOR® sales meetings.
Also awards received or given, promotions, openings, expansions, and sponsorship of REALTOR® events.
New products designs or services, and your involvement in SABOR functions and committees. To schedule
photo coverage of your events and functions, call at least five working days in advance.
One or two-week advance scheduling is preferred.

Submission of Photos
Photos may also be submitted via e-mail in JPEG format.
PHOTO TIPS: When taking photos, move in close and fill the frame with your subject. Always use flash
indoors and outdoors to brighten faces. Identify each person in the photo by name and company affiliation.
Describe the event or situation shown in the photo.

Press Releases
We can suggest ideas so give us a call! Maximum of one page, double spaced! Tell us—WHO,WHAT,WHY,
WHERE and WHEN. Press release text may be submitted via email as a Word document.
Accompanying photos must be sent as JPEGs, no smaller than 300k and 6x8 inches.
